JustWrite Coffee Company collaborates with a master roaster in Southern California, sourcing premium beans from across the globe. Each batch is roasted to perfection the day it ships, guaranteeing an exceptional coffee experience.

What shipping carriers do we use?
We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

How do I store the coffee to keep it fresh?

Moisture is the enemy of fresh coffee! Store your coffee beans and grounds in a cool, dry place away from heat sources like ovens and stoves. Humidity can quickly steal away their precious flavor and aroma.
For Ground Coffee:
Dark and Airtight is the Way to Go: Think opaque canisters or airtight bags made from materials like ceramic, glass, or stainless steel. These keep light and air at bay, preserving the volatile compounds that make your coffee taste so good.
Freshness Within a Month: Ground coffee’s surface area is larger, making it more susceptible to oxidation. Aim to use it within 4 weeks for optimal flavor.
For Whole Bean Coffee:
Long Live the Bean!: Whole beans have a longer lifespan, staying fresh for up to 2 months when stored properly. Their protective outer layer slows down the aging process.
Airtight is Key, Too: Even for beans, an airtight container is crucial. Consider vacuum sealers for extra protection against oxygen and moisture.
Bonus Tip: Don’t store your coffee near strong-smelling spices or foods. Coffee readily absorbs aromas, and you wouldn’t want your morning brew to taste like last night’s curry!

Can coffee be returned or exchanged?
If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value).
